Don’t forget to grab a bite—savor old-fashioned sweets, hearty snacks, and other tasty treats sure to satisfy every appetite.

Feel the West Come Alive

Listen to the ring of the blacksmith’s hammer, the slice of the woodwright’s saw, and the sharp crack of a gun echo through the village. From the dusty roads to the lively storefronts, experience the Wild West as if you’ve stepped straight into the 1880s.

Live Music at the Gazebo

Let the sounds of the frontier serenade you as Jack Shannon strums his guitar live at the gazebo throughout the event. With classic Western tunes and folk favorites, his music brings heart and soul to the streets of Billie Creek—don’t miss a chance to tap your boots and hum along.

Lost River Renegades

Get ready for an unforgettable Wild West experience with the Lost River Renegades, a Southern Indiana Wild West troupe dedicated to entertaining and educating audiences with thrilling reenactments, dramatic gunfights, and authentic frontier storytelling. With decades of combined experience and a passion for the Old West, they’ll bring the spirit of the frontier to life right here in Billie Creek Village!

Wild West Weekend hope to feature a variety of vendors offering unique goods that reflect the spirit of the frontier and the charm of historic markets. From Western-inspired clothing and accessories to handmade wares, antiques, toys, art, and themed food, our vendors help bring the village to life for the weekend.

We are currently accepting applications from vendors whose products fit the Wild West, frontier, historic, farm-core, or cottage-core theme of the event.

Vendor Applications Currently Closed

Vendor details:

  • Event dates: June 27–28, 2026

  • Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Load-in: Friday, June 26, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Vendor fee: $50 (due upon acceptance)

  • Food vendor fee: $100 (covers power and water)
